Inevitably, many green building solutions can look hard to the eye and the aesthetics can deceive. This has been given careful consideration in developing the eco modular home and lodge to ensure they look and feel the part. We can provide, and you may wish to consider:

LED lighting and smart monitoring: Low energy lighting, movement sensors and smart monitoring systems can all be provided to our homes and lodges to varying degrees of performance to suit your needs and sustainability targets.

Green roofing: The option of wildflower, drought tolerant, or other forms of turf roof could be hugely attractive in certain locations and should be considered as an optional element. This can provide very good insulation properties, can be fully integrated to our homes and prevents rain run off issues.

Rainwater harvesting: Rainwater harvesting and grey water systems are an essential issue to embrace in the design of your home and can be integrated with any of our models.

Waste management and essential features: Bin storage, drying clothes, storing bicycles and numerous other considerations need to be reviewed to ensure your home is both practical and well thought out from a sustainability point of view.
